hi,my dad is 82 yrs old and has mds raeb,type 2 diabetes and r.a. and osteoarthritis he was diagnosed with the mds last february, i would like an idea of his life expectancy plse
Nobody can predict how long your dad will live. Some people with serious chronic illnesses can live to a ripe old age, often to the surprise of their doctors. On the other hand, apparently healthy people can die at a young age of acute illnesses or trauma. There are things that you can do to help prolong your dad's life. Give him plenty of love and support care.
