Metallic smelling stool caused by celiac disease. When you cut out gluten, you'll be fine.

I have been experiencing the same symptoms as mostly everyone that has replied on this topic. I just recently found out I have celiac and as I have been cutting gluten from my diet, the metal smell problem is slowly going away as well!
