Many men struggle with ED as a direct result of using meth. Although the drug often dramatically heightens sexual desire, a consistent side effect of meth use, regardless of delivery method is severe dehydration.
The issues with dehydration from meth use are well covered, from weight loss, to deeply sunken eyes and gaunt features, to skin problems, and of course tooth decay due to receding gum tissue that undermines dental health.
Similarly, for many mem, meth had the effect of severely drying, and subsequently "shrinking" blood vessels that carry blood to the penis. Furthermore, even the release network from the testicles to the tip of the penis can become compromised.
This effect is widespread and can even reduce the passageways for urine as well, making it difficult or even painful to urinate.
If you are determined to use the drug, hydrate before, during and after. Use in moderation, and if you wish to increase your likelihood of successful sexual activity, engage in intercourse sooner rather than later when the drug has begun making erection and orgasm increasingly more difficult.

Hey guys i know what is happjng here. And figured out how to relieve it. When you do meth it make all the muscles in your body tense up. That's why you body hurts after a few days. Mostly neck and back, but it also does make your pelvic floor muscle really tense that will make your prostate and all the blood veins, nerves and even all the things that lead to your junk down low restricted. That's why its hard to urinate and ejaculate, and one of the reasons why meth users have poor blood circulation, that and dehydration. So here is what you do to help. Because meth is water soluble, Drink plenty of water that will keep you hydrated and help you get all the bad stuff out of your system by urinating and sweat and other ways. And here's the biggest help to relive symptoms, try to do some tension release exercises (sstretches)not just for the neck, back, and shoulders, but for the prostate, you need to concentrate on the pelvic floor. You can look up pelvic floor stretches on you tube. Not to sound gay or anything, but the best one i found is to find a small ball, around the size of a tennis ball, and set in the floor with legs crossed setting on the ball placed on the gooch (place In between the rectum and scrotum) this helps streach that muscle that is constricting you urinary track and prostate. Also the hip streaches they recommend help a lot and feel great. I go this helps. Remember to force yourself to eat, sleep and drink plenty of water. Happy tweaking.

I can only give my personal experience. I found this post while trying to find info about the same thing. I can tell you this: right now I am fully-catheterized; I cannot pee at all on my own atm. I am a 48 yo male that has been using fentanyl for the past 3 years. Prior to that-like 4 years ago-I used to use meth by injecting it. I was kind of using it like a sex drug, but the irony was that it couldn’t really be effective in that regard as to meet new people for that purpose and then be using the bathroom every 15-20 minutes and taking like a full 5 minutes to pee in just dribbles and drops didn’t lend itself well to the action I was seeking. Anyhow, recently I decided I’ve been stuck doing this fentanyl for too long and see hot everything in my life is set to take off now finally if I can get off the d, so I decided to stop, but, and I know this will sound stupid, I got some meth to try to help pet me through the withdrawals. After 2 days of using the meth and discontinuing use of the fentanyl, I could not pee at all and had to go to the ER. to get catheterized. Now I know this doesn’t happen to everyone, and there are other factors as well: I also use injectable steroids so as to not look like a dope-fiend, and they affect the prostate as well. Anyhow, I just wanted to share this with you because I feel I can confirm for you with almost 100% certainty that indeed it does. Not only did I have to get catheterized, but the three nurses that were in the room performing the procedure had a very difficult time getting it so the way in. If you are unfamiliar, the catheter tube is lubricated and slid in through the urethra, and the last point of resistance before reaching the bladder and allowing the urine to exit, is the prostate. They kept pushing it in and it wasn’t making it past the prostate; the prostate was so swollen that there was no opening for the urine to pass through. The scary thing? When I go for my follow-up appointment with the urologist, they are going to take the catheter out, and if I still cannot pee on my own, I will be sent home with a bag full of catheters for me to catheterize myself with. It was all I could do to bear the pain as the “professionals” did it in the ER room. If I have to perform this on myself…OMG!

I am a 51 year old male, used meth off and on over 9 month period I would do around 10 to 15 grams in my third week of binging. I would go in periods of firstly 6 weeks to eventually on my last binge 3 weeks, then have 3 weeks detox. I had a vasectomy at 23. The meth bulids up in my prostate effecting my urination and even causing a bit of leaking after pissing. Last binge of 3.5 weeks I had sex everyday paying for to working girls at 2 a time for 4 to 6 hours never coming, I also had sex with my girlfriend every day and my wife couple of times a week. Seminal fluid would leak when sh**ting and also could see it in my piss. The frustration of not being able to cum kept me trying and trying then your penis is desensitised from the excess use, before I could go a couple of hours anyway before I came, 3.5 weeks of sex and prostate massaging nothing!
After stopping same pattern within 3 days of last meth intake I cum but the pain running my penis shaft is horrendous this I put down to the caustic effect of meth takes about 3 minutes to subside
This last binge my piss was cloudy so on the second day I decided to keep 1 litre of urine and acetone wash it to see what exactly what. I ended up with 1/2 a baby jar of seminal fluid! It also takes 17 days for me to have a negative test. Luckily for me now I get nauseas if I take and in my mind I call it prostate cancer! So I can sit on a couple of grams look at it and nah, I like my sex to much to f**k up my bits, but the chem sex was what got me into it as always exceptionally high sex drive and you do have some the wildest times imaginable if 2 of you are on same level.
I was an eye opener to see so much fluid in my urine

I know this is a few months later, but Ive had this problem many times. I thought I was the only one, nice to know Im not alone.

Ive had all sorts of tests performed, docs couldnt find anything, but recently found solid advice.

First, I heard that dope cut with MSM hurts a lot of mens testicles. Dont know if thats true but Ive had the ball pain for days, gotten new dope, and boom, the pain is gone. Ive had 2 bags, one ball hurty, the other cleaner. You would think I would have tossed out the ball hurt bag..... but Im a drug addict so when I ran out I did every little bit of it....

Ok back on topic, I have also found (after compiling info from other men on internet) that rehydrating yourself drinking lots of water and then AFTER rehydration you rub one out and you feel better.

People always reccomend one or the other but "releasing" wont help the pain if you havent drank any water in 3 days.

Hope this helps!

Meth is a diuretic causing retention of urine in the bladder. This is what makes it difficult and painful to urinate or fully empty your bladder. When you keep drinking water to counteract dehydration your bladder is unable to release it all and that stretches out your bladder, eventually resulting in urine leakage. In other words you piss your pants. Proper function of men's bladder effects the proper functioning of their prostate. Meth also interferes with that. There is a higher risk of prostrate cancer and fatal prostrate cancer in men who use meth. The best prevention for bladder and prostrate problems is to stop using meth. Or I guess you could start wearing diapers.
