This happend to me after masturbating, it happens because before masturbating I didnt pee. I think some sperm got left in the penis cannal and that is what it burns. I drinked couple glasses of water so i can pee as soon as I can cuz it burns, I peed and the burn was almost fully gone.

Yeah my mild burning sensation lasts for about 25-30 minuets sometimes even longer ! Idk really no anything to do to get the pain to go away so waiting it out is probably the best ! The burning sensation could be ur not totally shooting ur load completely out. So u get the same sensation as burning soap or wgen urinating cause it burn cause ur urethra is block by semen that didn make it all the way out this means u need more water and masturbating less times will help also could be a uti. Always make sure to attempt a piss beforehand, regardless if you feel the need to or not.. and try not to piss 15-30 mins after.
It can also be caused by not completely emptying your pipe, so make sure to do that also.
If it's happening right now, as long as you wait it out.. it will go away almost entirely within 15 mins to an hour. Only thing you can really do is find a comfortable position and try to ignore it by focusing on something else, and realize that it's a completely normal occurrence (for most of us atleast).
