No long term effects for me and I got my rocket polished to high gloss when I was young.
It's normal to have to wait a while to get another woody after each time.
I never had any problems until they hit me with all the blood pressure pills after the heart bypass surgery. That effectively killed the little guy.
It should not cause those issues permanently. Remember there are married guys who are having sex every day.
Sometimes excessive stimulation can temporarily cause those erection failures, but they should be short-lived, and recover after a period of rest.
