What does it mean?

Apicolordotic view is the angle at which the x-ray was taken, in this case it helps resolve the apices (top) of the lungs.
Infiltrates should not be there, it may indicate fluid or an infection. Fibrotic refers to fibrous materials. It could indicate exposure to certain fibers (asbestos) or scarring from past infections.
