I have a question I'm hoping someone can help me with. I got pregnant while using Mirena (the IUD). As soon as I found out, the Mirena was removed. It was not, however, the typical ectoipc pregnancy found with Mirena pregnancies; the zygote had implanted in my uternine wall. The doctors could not find a heart beat, but they did find a 2 cm ovarian cyst. Could that be the reason I have not had a miscarriage yet? It is possible that the ovarian cyst is preventing my body from having a complete miscarriage?
