Hi. I'm 38 year old female and I have tried, without success, numerous low calorie or low fat diets.
I don’t know what to do. I was thinking that I am maybe immune to these kinds of diets because it’s not possible that so many diets are not affecting on me.
During last couple of years I have met a lot of people with the same problem and one of them told me about some diet called Montignac Diet.
Any ideas what this might be?

I happen to know some thing about this diet and I know you will love theirs gourmet approach to nutrition.
Studies have shown that some carbohydrates (sugars) are mainly responsible for obesity problems.
This diet is made by some nutrition experts that created special dietetic menus and suggested recipes that are part of Montignac weight-loss program.
This is a pretty big list of groceries and you wouldn’t believe that all of those, well combined, can contribute your goal- loss of extra pounds.
