Hi I had unprotected sex mid cicle I took plan B within the 24hours and I took a prgnancy test and it is now positive. Is there any way that the pill is cosing the HCG level to go up ? is there any way that I am not pregnant?

But you definetly should also see ur doctor abt this.

Unfortunately pregnancy tests are usually very accurate because they are reacting on the level of the Hcg in your body. The positive result means that you are most likely pregnant and if this is something you don’t want you should see your doctor as soon as possible.
It is strange that plan B didn’t work but it is possible that you had unprotected sex before this one and you are pregnant a lot longer than you think. So, I would suggest that you see your doctor for confirmation because there are no guarantees for anything in this world.
