I have had this for two years now. it is the most annoying thing ever. Hard mucas in the morning that makes me gag like mad. It sounds like everyone seems to have rougly the same problem. The only thing I have found to really work is for the temp to go above 50 and winter to go away (I live in Michigan). I get mine towards the end of winter but when I get it it stays until the temp goes up. Humidifiers, neti pots, sprays, gargling all seem to help me sleep better but don't really get rid of it. This year I noticed a dark red "blood line" down the back of my throat. Not sure if anyone has this but hopin its just from the pain and suffering of coughing and sneezing. Thanks for the tips all. 61 tomorrow. Hopefully it comes with humidity.
Don't worry.. It should be a common problem. If you sneeze hardly, There is possibility for blood bleeding. You better to consult with doctor about this issue..
