I'm going to sound crazy because I have alot of symptoms that mean so many things, but here goes. I would say for the past few months I've had mucus in my stool EVERYTIME I have a bowel movement. There were maybe three occasions in the past year where I've had a drop of bright red blood on the toilet paper, but not for months. Also, after I eat and sometimes during the night my stomach "gurgles" really loud even though I am not hungry. AND there have been two times in the past 3 months where I've felt pain in my left pelvis, usually right before a period. Um, and I also get up to urinate alot at night now too. Is there ANYWAY these things could be related? Or am I crazy. I've done so much internet research and I'm scared I could have cancer?! I'm a 21 year old female by the way. My diet isn't very good, but I'm working on that. Thanks in advance.
Oh and to add on- I don't have health insurance and I am deathly afraid of the doctors. I literally faint or throw up in the waiting room every time, so please give me as much info as you can without only saying "go to the doctor". Thanks!

Mucus in your stool could be colitus. Not to sure if iv spelt it right.
You can also get blood with colitus too.
Colitus is affected by your diet an that could account for the tummy noise.
You need to work out what it is that upsetts you tum.

As for the urinating. In not sure thats connected to colitus.
Look at what your drinking in the evenings. Try an change to milky drinks.

As for going the doctors, i can understand how you feel.

I hate it too. Iv been in tears sat in the waiting room, iv walked out an give up my appointment an iv had to sit in a back room an wait till it was my turn.

I sit in the waiting room going over an over what im going to say. Then it gets all mixed up in my head an i start panicing.

I know what started mine tho.

My daughter was very ill a few years ago. We were at the doctors every week. I just became paranoid about going.

I now have to go with someone an i chew gum. It helps.

Something is irritating your stomach, that's why you are having mucus in stool.

You must have some inflammatory bowel diseases and I can't tell you which one it could be.

For example, I had all your symptoms and I went to see my doctor. I was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and I am still fighting with it, I am on therapy. Anyway, it is very similar to ulcerative colitis in the type of digestive response it produces. It can affect the entire digestive tract, even from your mouth to your rectum.

Maybe it is not that dangerous, I can't tell because I am dealing with it so far so good, but you need to find out the main reason.

Maybe it is something else. Whatever it is, it needs to be treated.

I hope you went to the doctor. I won't tell you of my experience because we are all different and only a doctor/naturopath/specialist and tests can help you find the right answer for you but I hope you take it seriously and don't compare or take diagnosis from people online. Even being young, even not liking hospitals or doctors or not wanting to overreact, have it checked. So many people I meet who went through the same thing as me were "too young" "too healthy" "no family history" but it still happened to us. Check into it.
