The dentist told us this was due to decalcification. I am tearing my hair out because I can't find any information on causes and treatments. He said it just happens sometimes. I am really scared all her adult teeth will be malformed. I also want to know if there is anything we can do to improve her chances for the other teeth to develp normally. If not how do you treat weird little brown molars. Crowns. Should I ask to see a pediatric dentist? I need a referal for it to be convered. What about sealants?
My seven year old also has deformed, brown molars on the bottom and the top. I am so fearful that all of his permanent teeth will come in with this malformity. What ever happened with your child? The dentist has referred me to a pediatric dentist, but we live in a small town, so I really don't know how much of this stuff any one around here has dealt with. Any advice is much appreciated!
