Hi,
I am a 17 year old male swimmer. I weigh 142 lbs and I am 5 foot ten inches tall. My problems started as I began training harder in swimming. When i am in my training season, I will swim 12,000 yards (Apprx 7 miles, and a theoeitical burn of 2,400 calories a day in trainin) 5 days a week, and one practice on a saturday that is only 5,000 yards. Before, I ate plenty of food, and I felt fine. Today, My problem is that my appetite has not increased enough to keep up with my training, and has decreased compared to what i was eating when I first started training hard. As a result, I do not recover as well from my practices, and I start to feel fatigued. In one instance I did loste around 3lbs of wieght that was not fat while training because of poor appatite. What sorts of techniques can I use to increase my appatite, and what vitamins will help me regain my appatite.Code:
