If his skin comfortably retracts (maybe ask) he will especially enjoy you just gently working the slack skin over the corona (ridge) of the glans. Don't touch the glans with anything that is not smooth and slippery. Tickle the frenulum (underside near the tip) very gently with the skin pulled down taut (only as forcefully as he likes) and that will add up to something right quick.
