Hello, I had the same problem when I was around 17-18 (29 now). It became such a problem that I saw a doctor, and they explained that I basically had a very sensitive lining. That at the time, any kind of friction (I.e, fingering or sex) could cause me to bleed. This in turn had turned into Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (there is an std version and a NON std version. I had the non std version). I would recommend seeing an OBGYN and getting a pelvic exam done. As I grew older, it went away, they also put me on the Depo shot at the time and said it helped with the inflammation.
