My dad walked into the ER and was admitted into the hospital, after a few days had a spinal tap and now he can't walk. He is in a wheelchair and sent to Rehab for therapy. He's been there two weeks and still can't walk. I am looking for answers.

The lumbar puncture (spinal tap) may have damaged some nerves (rare) - OR - the "can't walk" is the result of some other injury or infection.
Talk to the treating physicians.
