I'm 15 and I have a white piece of tisse connecting my foreskin to my penis. It's spreading around the urethra on the tip of my penis. I don't know what it is. I also can't retract my foreskin but I can see the head and everything. What can I do to make this go away?

That piece of tissue you mention could be your frenulum.

I did google it but I'm not sure that that's it. Mines white and is on the tip. Not like ones on google. :-(
It could be a skin bridge then. I'd suggest you get it checked out by a doctor.
