If your penis is covers by skin you are not circumcised. That's okay people are not. How old are you? Can you pull the skin back over the glans of your penis?

2 inch at erection time.. yes the skin is tight ..and the hole is very very small it makes me pain to urinate
I think it might be a good idea to see a doctor without physically seeing what your penis looks like it's hard to say but it sounds like you may have the significant phimosis. You may be able to get your foreskin to stretch with the help of some cream but you may need some surgery to make the opening large enough to pull your foreskin back. Does it hurt when you get erections? And are you overweight at all
