I am having those same now as well.
I also have a similar problem, I have a sharp pain in my heart and it hurts a lot, whenever I'm at school it happens. I think it is because of stress, as my middle school gives a lot of homework and puts a lot of responsibility on me. I am taking advanced classes and accelerated math, advanced is going a bit faster than normal and accelerated math is learning 7th and 8th grade math in one year.

I used to have this problem a lot, I still do actually. When I was a baby, I had heart surgery to patch up a hole in my heart. It scared me a lot. Then I went to my heart doctor and found out that it was normal for people that have my condition. Maybe you have the same condition, so I would suggest going to a good doctor. Hope this helped.
