Hello there,
Wow it is so unusual to find out that shaking of the kidney was the magnesium deficiency but in my opinion that is not so terrible. A food which is rich in magnesium is broccoli, squash, and green leafy vegetables. Some of the nuts especially almonds also contains rich amount of the magnesium. Some other resources of magnesium are whole grains, dairy products, meats, chocolate, and coffee.
Magnesium deficiency is pretty common condition and especially among adults and elderly population.
And our body needs the magnesium for the proper growth and maintenance of bones and also for the proper function of nerves and muscles. And one more thing, my sister is taking magnesium to relieve her PMS syndrome and it seems that it is helping.
I have had similar symptoms after being diagnosed with a kidney stone. I just drank two bottles of water and it stopped. I guess water plus magnesium supplement would not be a bad idea... but I would suggest you try water first. Notice i did not say soda. :). but water.
Feeling same to me right now... :P
I started to have this symptom in my left side kidney area for about a week now but i dont think its lack of magnesium in my case since i eat/drink dairy products like always..
im gonna get mine checked up and share my results here!
