You are still growing and maturing so it is possible your penis may still grow, what do you mean exactly by "too small" because a normal penis isn't exactly huge!

Listen, have you ever heard, size doesn't matter. I'm a 14 year old, and my penis is only 3 inches and 4 centimeters. Mine hasn't grown sinse last year, nd I am not sure that it will. I ejaculate a very gooey sperm, and I have a pretty good amout of pubic hair. But my arm pit hair, only about 1/4. But even if your penis isn't 7' long, if it can go into a virgina, then you are good to go. And, if you are fat, fat tissue will hide it too.
