Hello, I am 13 yo, and when I urinate my right testicle (sometimes left) goes up, is this normal?
It sounds normal. Young boys have a strong cremaster reflex that causes their testicles to move up that way. As long as the testicles come down into the scrotum, it should be okay.
My scrotum seems tighter than when I was a teenager, and right testicle went up. Any reason for concern?
