Hey guys for some reason my right testicle is hurting it started in the middle of the day and it seems like when I trying standing up or run it starts hurting a lot! There isn't any lumps on my sack and when i try touching it I feel a lot of pain.

Have you noticed any additional lump in your testicle? is large or small, is different from the other testicle or look alike? usually play with your balls?, Do you shake it a lot? Do you masturbate?
