Hi since a week or two ago, my right testicle has not been feeling normal. One day I was masturbating and when I ejaculated, I felt my right testicle rise up super high for the first time causing it to feel really weird. Then I was fine for the next couple days until recently, it became really uncomfortable. My sack is not as saggy as usual. I stopped any sexual activity for a week or so to try to lower my testicle, but did not help. No swelling or anything. It started hurting a lot after running a lot in practice today. I just kept pushing it down because it felt uncomfortable. I don't think I will be able to visit the doctor for a while. What should I do?

Hey there can you describe the pain? Is it constant your technical is not red or swollen correct does it ever come down or only when you push it? Have you ever looked up overreactive testicles?

I guess its more of feeling uncomfortable than painful. I could just feel it rising up while running and feel like somethings going to happen. But when I was sitting today I realized the pain was similar to eating ice cream w/ cavity. It is not red or swollen. It didn't come down even when I pushed it. That's what was scaring me. For the first time in a while, right now I notice it came down a bit, but feels kind of numb.

It is normal for our testicles to raid when we are sexually excited especially during orgasm but they should drop back down when you are no longer aroused..... I would get it checked by a doctor if it continues especially with pain. Have you looked up over reactive testicles?

I just noticed that I feel no pain in my right testes but it was hanging a lot lower than my left one and is a bit uncomfortable. Like, when I was jacking off, my left nut was tight like usual but my right one just stayed the same as before and did not rise. fml

Hey there it normal for one testicle to hang lower than the other has your right one always hung lower and when you get sexually aroused and close tonejaculation does your right testicle normally move upwards?

Usually both move up and are tight. Also usually my left one is the lower one.

As long as your testicle is not in much pain I would not worry too much.... Are you able to ejaculate normally? Is there any blood in your semen? It's ok for your right to hang lower some days and your left to hang lower other days
