Since one week, the spot between my testicle and anus ,has become very itchy.Then, it turn very painful and red and now it is all over my scrotum and the base of my penis.It is the second time I get this in a time period of three month and it so painful and i can't even walk proprely.It get very sweaty at time and cause my ball to have a shinny apperence and to be very sensible.

It could be a fungal infection. Jock itch.
They grow in dark, moist, warm environments. You could try and antifungal cream but, you should see your doctor just to be sure.
