I NOTICED WHEN I PICK UP MY TURTLE HE CHIRPS. i JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE HE DOESN'T HAVE A RESPITORY INFECTION. HE DOESN'T HAVE DRAINAGE FROM HIS NOSE, MOUTH, OR EYES THOUGH.
I think you might want to go to a vet. Turtles don't chirp, they sometimes hiss though.

My ridiculously healthy turtle chirps squaks , gwrawps and gleaks. Take it to the vet to be sure but some are just more articulate than others. Cheers
