i am a 13 year old female, my upper back has been hurting for a while. at first i thought it was my kidneys so i started drinking a lot of water but it still hurts. anything you know that can help?
By upper back do you mean shoulder blades or love handles. Is it like a piched nerve pain or describe what t feels like. Try sleeping in a different position then see if that caused it.
