Back in August I started feeling discomfort. Felt itchy, redness, and discharge in my vagina area. Went to doctor and said i had a yeast inferction and a UTI. Im 25 and I NEVER had that before so didn't think much of it. Prescribed me medication for the UTI and yeast infection, worked but when it was that time of the month I started to feel itchy, had redness and discharge AGAIN. Went to the doctor over and over again because it kept coming back but Ladies NO medications works!!! So decided to look up home remidies because I couldn't take it anymore. I started eating garlic helped a little but not completely. A few days ago I started to put a garlic clove in my vagina and it helped, but as soon as I would eat something i would start getting itchy. The feeling was unbearable!!!! I've had this issue for 5 months and nothing is making it better. Googled some more and read that ACV helped with yeast. I drink ACV and felt relief instantly. It worked (: and washing with salt and warm water helps the swelling..

I have the very same problems. It feel s like something acidic is down there. I have been to the doctor and I did not have a yeast infection and she told me it might be a hormonal problem. They had no idea what it is.

I had the same problem a couple months ago. I went to the gyno it was trichomoniasis. It's a curable std. The most common one in the world. They gave me metronidazole 4 500 mg pills to take all at once then no sex for a week and my boyfriend had to do it to. Google it and see if your symptoms are the same. I found other people's posts helpful salt for the itching is amazing relief instantly. I've seen a lot of people saying they were going to Dr but none say what it is. It is embarrassing but it happens.

Yes.. one of the down falls of those medications would be a yeast infection. My doctor warned me about it.

I'm only 16 but I've had a UTI and a Yeast infection at the same time. After my rape I started to get them more frequently, I talked to my Gyn and she put me on birth control and now I rarely get them. I hope you feel better though

I am 14 year's old and I only live with my mom. My area down there is red, swollen, itchy, and i am in so much discomfort 24/7. It has been going on for about 2 weeks now. I am really scared to tell my mom what is going on because we can't afford to go the doctor and it is really difficult for is financially right now.
