You don't need to be decreasing your weigh you need to be gaining weight. That is an unhealthy weight for your age

duuuuuuuuuude I am 20 and i am like 90 kilos it's normal, just dont stress food its amazing you should be eating a bit of everything not just sweets.
Vegetables are good, salads are good meat its important as fish is rice and pasta are also very important just dont eat always the same thing
I normally eat soap twice a week meat most of the weak with rice or pasta and some fish now and then
