Wow hi love this story!im looking to loose 10 kls and m going to try this aswell.have u heard off Garcinia Camboyia?i think spelt it wrong lol.its suppose to work well with ACV.

My grandmother use to drink vinegar tea everyday because she believed it was healthy and helped her keep her weight off. She stayed healthy and in good shape into a very late age!

I too have been an avid user of apple cider vinegar and baking soda mixture for past couple of months now. I completely agree with HoneyAllen272425 that it needs to be accompanied with a healthy diet for it to show results, weight loss in particular.

Baking soda and water is a laxative and antacid recipe.
I have heard people taking baking soda and water to help them keep their regular bowel movements I learned that when I was a kid. But mixing apple cider vinegar and baking soda not unless I'm ready to go to the bathroom a whole lot but apple cider vinegar by itself I tried. It for two weeks lost 2 pounds but I was dieting and exercising at the same time.

Hi i read something about this on Facebook i thought i saved it i read acv plus homey plus some water plus the bicarb soda im not sure if i grabbed the right soda my one says bicarbonate soda
