I would like to tell you about my experience with Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). I am 76 years old and have been overweight for most of my life, even as a child. I have tried almost every diet and trick on the market, and although some do produce results, they are only fleeting and require not only a change in eating habits, but and exercise regimen as well. As a new years resolution, I joined a health club and began a strenuous workout program that consisted solely of jogging in a swimming pool, and swimming. I would job 1000 meters and swim 1000 meters, which took about an hour and 20 minutes. I changed nothing else, i.e. eating habits, etc. I lost 60 lbs and 8 pants sizes. I then read about ACV and its benefits and decided to give it a try. I had become disenchanted with the health club I had joined, so gave up my membership. I began taking a tbsp. of ACV in about the same amount of water twice a day (morning and evening). I began gaining some weight (about 10 lbs), and about an inch around the waist. Since then, I have gained no more. I have been doing the ACV + water for 3 months. The only major benefit I found was with my bowl movements. I had always been plagued with constipation, even as a child. I immediately noticed an improvement and no longer suffer from constipation. No diarrhea, just a loose stool that is now daily. My review of this is this:
ACV seems to produce some positive results, although not much in the weight loss category. The only way, in my experience, to effect weight loss is by a proper diet and restricting the intake of processed fatty foods. I continue to take the AVC because I am pleased with the results it has produced in me. I would not depend on this to reduce fat or weight however. Having recently seen the film "What the Health" on Netflix, I began switching to a complete vegan diet. This seems to have more positive effects than anything else I have tried, but I continue with the ACV due to the aforementioned benefits. I have only been doing this for a short period, so will know more about the long term effects after a couple of months. I do feel better, and have a lot more energy however. I hope folks reading this will derive some benefit from my review and experience.

it will not harm you at all lol! i promise! i have been taking it long term and im above average as far as health. i do juice green 2x a day also. i take it after i eat and i love the flavor of acv and all natural b. soda. i use it as a paste and exfoliate my skin which is also mind blowing....talk about soft skin and it kill bacteria. The will keep cancer at bay. if you can commit to trying the acv and b. soda you will see results, the is no question about it!
