My wife has been taking that DRUG!!! Suboxone 4 about 2 and a half months now. She has shown some improvements,but my concern is if she stops taking the drug will she see the true meaning of life with out drugs.I have been trying to get her help for a long time now. Then 1 of my friends told me about the Suboxone clinck.I thought that we would give it A shout,so we did .She is scared to try to stop taking it because she does not now what it will do to her.The Doctor hs told her that it does have withdrawls just not has bad.If it does how long does it take to stop.I want us to have are lives back like it was before all the drugs came into are lives.So please give me the answers that I need so we can have are lives back.
Hi there, I am so glad to hear that your wife has been doing so well! If she doesn't taper slowly off it, I can tell you that it will make her relapse so go slowly with it. Make sure she gets an approved taper off program from her doctor too. Tell her to taper off very slowly, asi it usually takes one to three months to totally get off a substance. I hope you realize that it's hard for her and that she's not doing so well right now so take it easy on her and make sure that she's doing fine. I'm glad you're supporting her!
