My wife had missed 2 months Period, but when we tested using the Preg card it resulted in one Line, which means -ve, but she had missed 2 cycles, which is scaring us, pls advice what is or next steps, This is the second Time which my wife has faced, first Time she took doctor's treatment.But pls advice us why is this happening and what should be our next steps

If it's been two months, have her see her doctor for an exam. I don't know what you mean by -ve on the card. Sometimes, for unknown reasons, the pregnancy tests just don't always seem to work.
