Since the spring I have felt all these symptoms. I am constantly nauseous, light headed, fatigued and constipated. I have seen 3 doctors at the VA hospital emergency room and none have been able to figure out what is wrong. I was away for the summer and unable to see my primary care provider. I am now home and intend to try and see her this week. Any suggestions as to what could be causing these symptoms? Guesses, so far, have been reaction to medication changes, constipation due to the meds I am taking and possible heart problems, ruled out by a stress test.

I feel nauseous all the time, am taking Miralax, daily, with no results, and am extremely fatigued. I don't sleep well, get up around 9 am and am back in bed by noon for a couple of hours nap.

Thanks.
I am a 41 year female.  I have been seen twice at the ER.  First time was for dehydration and was told I had a low sodium level in my blood.  Said go home at rest.  But when I went in I was extremely fatiqued, constipated, irritable, cramping in muslces, and nauseous.  Sunday evening began vomiting and did not stop until I went back to ER on Thursday.  They first thought I had Mono cause I has having extreme pain under my right side rib cage.  After blood work and x-rays I was told my small intenstines were blocked.  I was prescribed a laxative to take twice a day and anti nausea pills, because I was vomiting items from my intestines (gross).  I've had very minor bowel movements, still dizzy, light headed, nauseous and have extreme dizziness when in bend over for long periods of time with extreme pain under my breast and at top of ribs.   Missed all last week of work and I have to go in to work tomorrow or I know I'll be fired.  But do not know what to do.  I've even done the slider cocktail; recommended by a friend charge nurse.  It's 8 ounces of prune juice warmed with a table spoon of butter and drank that.  Also drank an espon salt laxative drink, taken MiraLax and drank citrate (something) laxative drink.  I on occasion have and little gas.  This is now a week and still feeling awlful.  My nurse friend highly recommends I go to my family doctor on Monday, but his office is out of town and my work will not tolerate another absences.  She's afraid something serious is going on up top at my small intestines because very little bowel movement is coming out with all I've taken.

I'm not a doctor but this runs in my family and it sounds like Gall Bladder disease. Did you figure it out yet?
