Hey, hey try some laxatives one or two a night at bed time and reduce carbs add more fiber. This what doctor told me. It seems to work for what ever i had with all those symptoms. Also taking multi vitamins, ferrotin and folic acid

i promise i understand. I am 30 years old and i encountered my problem when i was 12 years old and have been dealing with it every since. I thought about suicide and attempted it twice unsuccessfully because this was just not the way i wanted to live my life suffering and not knowing when it would strike. I forced my way through college and got my degree and still havent been able to work or do anything. I hurt so bad and throw up all the time. I lose weight rapidly. I have been told i have pancreatitis then over time they said i didnt. They they told me i had acute intermittent porphyria and with acute intermittent porphyria u are sensitive to heat and sunlight. All your symptoms are what i experience constantly. I have been hospitalized so much that its like a home away from home. People who dont understand and doctors start saying its a mind thing and that u only want pain medications. Nurses are so rude and inconsiderate and its very bothersome. I understand and if so many people are having this same problem then doctors need to do more and stop telling people its psychological when living with it everyday we know what we are feeling and we know it has nothing to do with the mind when u can literally feel the pain cutting like a knife.

well my uncle is a scientist and this is actually a true scientific fact vomiting does have to do with weaknesss because guess what this is actually a true fact only people with weak stomachs vomit people with extremely incredibly super very and really strong stomachs like my bffs (best friends forever) and boyfriend and I and my relatives and my sister and her bffs and most people do not. so anyone who doesn't believe this is making a big mistake which is a normal thing everybody makes mistakes but this fact is actually incredibly true

hello Lauren,
I have this exact same problem, I first started getting the pain when I was in grade 10 I always got it around my period. it became to irritating to deal with this constant stomach pain and random vommiting that I finally went to get help. I talked to countless doctors and they kept telling me it was all in my head. THEY WERE WRONG. I found out a year later that I had not one but 4 cysts on my ovaries. one was bigger then a baseball. anyway they sent me for surgery to remove theses cysts and after the surgery told me that I would have a chance of getting them back. I now have the exact same pain only two years later. anyway you should probably look into the types of cysts out there and go to a specialist to see if you do have a cyst because if they pop they can be VERY harmful to your body
from,
Emily

If all else fails try a rhumatologist (sp?).  That is what ended up helping me!

I hope you best of luck. I have had this since I was 8 im 17 now. I done everything you have and come up blank. They always say im fine or constipated at the doctors which is BS. I have even had the pains everyday for a year then it just stopped for three months and came back. I hope you do get help. I understand how painful it is. Good luck in finding someone to help you, but as I said I dont even have doctors who can help me.

Right now, I'm experiencing nighttime anxiety, nausea all day (but none when I first wake up), and a constant dull ache in my lower-right abdomen. The nausea makes me feel like not eating, so I've lost a lot of weight that I can't afford to lose. Thankfully I don't vomit. But I feel like it.

In the past year or two I've had two bouts of constipation where I didn't have a b.m. for ten days at a time. I've also had random diarrhea. I've had two periods of extreme nausea & near-fainting immediately after eating sugary foods. And for two years now, I've had the weirdest alternation between vaginal dryness and vaginal discharge which my doctor assures me is normal and has come up negative for any STDs. I've had sharp pain in that same lower-right abdominal area during sex. For a few months, I went from having a 28-day menstrual cycle to having a 21-day cycle, (though that's evened out now - anyone with a short interval between their periods should try extract of chasteberry-- it works!).

I've never been on Mirena or had any IUD. I'm not on any hormonal birth control at all, and I don't want to be (I was on Seasonale for one year and completely lost my libido). I strongly believe, after reading around on the internet, that I'm having ruptured ovarian cysts and possibly ovarian torsion because of the cysts. But my brilliant physician says that she can't see anything on my pelvic exams or the year-old ultrasound she's referring to.

I was admitted to the E.R. three years ago after getting up in the middle of the night, itching severely, and fainting suddenly. At the time the attending physician offered that I'd probably had a cyst rupture (this was the first time I learned this was even a thing), but that it had dissipated by the time they got me an ultrasound. They sent me home with Advil.

I feel for all of you. A lot of physicians treat you like you're crazy or overreacting, but the way I feel is life-altering. Some days I'm fine; others I feel rotten and like I could throw up any second, and it really really sucks to not feel like eating. I can never tell if sex is going to be pleasurable or painful. And my periods have been, for lack of a better word, disgusting.

I have not been diagnosed with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome, but I suspect I have it (other women in my family do).

All of our symptoms sound like what's described in the above link. Cysts can cause nausea and feelings of fullness (along with constipation) because they press on your stomach or intestines as they grow. And while I don't have the high testosterone levels or unusual hair growth that many with PCOS do (doctors don't actually have a very good sense of what a "high" testosterone level is for women, and you don't have to have elevated testosterone to have PCOS), I have all of the other symptoms.

Honestly, at this point, I'm going to demand detailed ultrasounds of my right ovary over the course of several months, and I'm going to try to get my right ovary taken out entirely. I don't need the damn thing if it's going to cause me this much suffering (I'm 33 and not ever planning on having kids). I'd encourage anyone else on here to have their ovaries checked carefully for cysts. Get an ultrasound. Good luck.

Thank you for writing this. I am not alone!!! I had an iud fitted three weeks ago and had all the symptoms you have described within a week of the fitting. (Nausea, fatigue, constipation, painful cramps ) I also admitted myself to hospital because of severe abdominal pain and stomach problems and had testing which found no issues with infection or placement. I can only say that since having it removed - couple of days ago I am starting to feel better- less cramping and nausea although I still have to be careful how much I move and what I eat. Maybe some women's bodies are just not suited to this kind of contraception. The main reason for removal cited by studies is painful bleeding- I wonder whether cases like yours and mine are being put under this blanket term without further discussion. I would not have had the iud fitted if I knew such extreme reactions were possible- the cramping at some points was the worst pain I have ever had. I haven't eaten properly for two weeks and at one stage wasn't able to sit up without cramping let alone work. Anyway thanks for your post!!! So glad I am not alone!!!
