I get this pain inside my left shoulder as if a thread is being pulled, sometimes on the outer sometimes on the inner surface. It travels all the ways to fingers. Four months back I got stress test and cardiologist said my heart is OK, it may be something else. The arm pain is more pronounced when I am stressed or go up stairs. Sometimes I get left neck pain. Sometimes I get chest pain also. I am worried any suggestions.
