from your rectum your prostate should be located somewhere about 2-3 inches up and then on the ventral (front side) of your rectum. you can try stroking that area in a "come here" manner. be gental though and use lots of lube you dont want to hurt yourself. also make sure your finger nails are short so you dont cut/scratch yourself.
