I am trying to find out if damage to nerves in left side of the groin area can lead to numbness in toes of left foot? This could very well be valuable to me, so if you know, or you know how I can find out, please reply!

I had pudental nerve entrapment. Doctors couldn’t really tell what caused it by they thought it was due to my sedentary kind of work. I think that this nerve doesn’t affect extremities, only external genitals. But it would be best if you spoke to a doctor about your numbing feet.
I had problems with the stabbing pain in the perineum area which would appear out of the blue. This is what hurt the most and I also had sexual problems especially with orgasms if you don’t mind me saying.
I tried steroid injection, which didn’t give permanent results. I took them twice. Then I decided to under go a surgery for nerve decompression. Doctors told me there are around 60-70% success rate and I had to do it because it was affecting my life big time.
Once I recovered from the surgery, I have never taken another painkiller. The surgery was a life saver but I guess everybody should take measures according to their individual situation.
