negative urine test, no show from flow

Absolutely! With my first baby, I was 2 months pregnant before a urine test showed positive. After that, if my period was late I'd go to a lab for a blood pregnancy test which could detect my pregnancy one week after missing a period.

Well what can I say Im going threw the same thing and I havent had my period since July 9, 2009 I have been getting morning sickness, vomit certain food and nauses. I took several urine pregnancy test threw out the month of mid August and all this month of September and they all came out negative. Just a week ago I took a blood test and that too came out negative too. I have gone to the doctor and she said I was fine. I havent been sexually active since last month. I dunno what to think. Sometime I think I might be one of those cases of these women of going on that tv show "I didnt know I was pregnant" Some of these women were on birth control and still got pregnant but some of these women didnt have no pregnancy symptoms. Cuz it be possible?
