I had a bad acne cyst on my face and put neosporin on it and in 3 days it was flattening out and the redness was almost gone.
Neoaporin is affective however being it is a drug your skin can get immune to it. Use sparingly
U should never pop pimples, this cause's infection's. Take a hot washcloth & apply to site, then hold to site until washcloth is no longer warm, then take washcloth ring out extra water & then take washcloth & wipe up ward direction repeat until whitehead come's out ~may come out first x~ if not Repeat ;.)
