Hi all. I have a really serious problem here. I have recently started feeling many bad symptoms, and I don’t know what to do!!! I have increased pressure in my head and a disgusting feeling of something squirming painfully around in there. I also have bloody noses almost every day. But I had no injury or anything similar. I can’t remember doing anything unusual lately. All that was different from my “general” life was a visit to one restaurant where my friends and I had meal – but none of them have any symptoms!! Is there anybody here who could give me a clue?? What could be wrong with me???
Any problem with “head’ should be taken very seriously. First of all be sure to have an MRI, and a CAT scan. That should give some results. At least to determine the cause. I know that this may sound crazy, but it is possible that you have neurocysticercosis - you’ve described all its’ symptoms…. I don’t know how you could get it but it sure look like it. So, to get back to the point, after you take MRI and CAT you will probably know the real cause and then doctors will know what treatment to take.
