neurological problems as results of iron accumulation in the brain?

I just read something about this diseases that is basically a collection of neurological problems that results from iron accumulation in the brain. Can anyone tell me more about how this happens and what the possible complications can be? Do you know what this disease is called and do you mind sharing that with me too?
