Okay so I have an app on my phone call pink pad and it has been pretty accurate for the past couple months. My last period started on Sept 29th and lasts for only 3 days. So i have a 28 day apart from my periods. but this month i was suppose to fall on the Oct 30th and its already November 1. I have never missed my period for the next month. i have crampy but nothing. can i be pregnant.

You cannot be pregnant without contact with sperm! But if you have had sex, or other sexual activity where sperm could have got near your vagina, you could be pregnant. But you are only one day late by your own calculations, so it may just be a late period. But for a better idea of what might be happening, a bit more detail is needed.
- Your last period started 29th Sept. What was the date that your previous one started?
- On what days since 29th Sept have you had sexual activity, and what was it?
