This is a little long, but I want to lay
everything out. I'm a 33 year old male and every night I wake up from my
sleep in a full sweat. I started working out again about 2 months ago,
doing circuit training 3 days a week and running 3 miles, 3 days a week.
I’ve lost 20 pounds since I started working out (from 197 to 177) I'm
on a healthier diet than before, I've quit smoking for 3 months now,
quit drinking, and have a regular sleep schedule. I used to be able to
not sleep at all. Also, I am now taking melatonin to help sleep and I
also take whey protein once a day after workouts. I think I covered
everything. I still wake up drenched in sweat. Please help.
Note:
I sleep in boxers only with a light sheet. Temp is set to 72 F, so overheating isn't the problem. I don't take hot showers at night. I have my last meal by 7:30 and in bed by 10:00 pm.

Try organic sage pills.. You can pick them up at a vitamin or organic shop. I saw my boyfriend seriously struggle with this for about a year.. tried everything.. slept on towels, jeans, wood, stopped smoking stopped eating all sugar and nothing... and then found this natural remedy that finally worked. You can Google about sage and night sweats.. most forums just scare you into thinking you have cancer and get you expensive doctor visits or sheets and fail to offer real and healthy solutions.. hope this helps
