I've been having anxiety/panic attacks for the past couple years. Until recently, I haven't had one while running.
The few runs, I've felt no exertion while running.
One of the things I love about running is feeling so in tune with my body. I love to push it to the limit by squeezing every last drop of energy out of my legs and lungs. But these past couple runs, I don't feel anything besides light headed. I can charge up hills that should be dominating me.
For example, I just ran 3mi in 25 min. That's the fastest I've ever done that. Typically, I run 3mi in 27min. But today it felt effortless. I definitely could have run it faster, but I knew how fast I was going and was scared that if I went faster I would be doing something terrible to my body. Maybe it was an anxiety attack?
I checked my coordination by stepping on sidewalk cracks and corners. I checked my breath by talking. Everything seemed good.
What the? Anyone had anything similar? It feels sort of like a runners high, but without the euphoria.
If it is an anxiety attack, will I be putting any bad stress on my heart by continuing the run?
Thanks!

That could be because some times we go over the top in something may be you are running a lot and its a bad effect of that on the body.
You do not have to be worried about it,Just take rest for a while that can help you.Take care of food you talk and walk for a few days instead of running.
