I haven't had a period for over 10 years, is it still possible to get pregnant?
If your not having a period, your not ovulating which means that there is no release of eggs. There fore you probably won't get pregnant. You never gave your age here, so are you an older women who may have gone thru meno or is this health related?

I had an ablation done (where my gyn sent an electric current through my uterus to burn out the lining so the fibroids would stop making me bleed so heavily) my menstruation went away and never came back... I am 58.
