I'm on a regular 32 day cycle with no missed periods since elementary school. Last month, my period was due January 27th. I had sex with my boyfriend on 2 high fertility days and my ovualtion day. 8 days before my period was due (Jan 19) I had a little bleeding, the first day it was only when I wiped and the next day it was light and didn't even fill a tampon. My periods are typically heavy with really bad cramping that starts a few days before and last the whole period. The spotting I had was painless. I took HPTs that came back negative but now I'm sick all the time and always sleepy. I've read about implantation bleeding and decidual bleeding (a lot of the women in my family have had both-- my mom even took tests with my brother and they came out negative. She didn't find out until she went to get her tubes tied and they did a sonogram). Basically my question is has anyone experienced this or known someone who has experienced it? Any advice on what I should is appreciated. Thank you!!
P.S. I can't talk to my mother about this. I'm 19 and on my own but she would still overreact
Wait a week and then take another test . It is very possible that you are pregnant ! especially if you had unprotected sex on your high fer days . I wouldn't stress out about it. It very well could be a light period or irregular period because of stress or change in diet. There are a number of things it could be. GOOD LUCK! :-D
