I have irregular periods ....... like every 2 motnhs i get my period ..... To make it regular my doc had suggested to take birth control pills for 2 months ( to make it regular) and metformin(500mg) (To maitain periods regular) .. So i started taking them ... After 2 months of BC pills i got my period after 1 month... even i stopped metformin... My last period was Sept 5 th .... I went to doc again .. She told to try pregnancy without Clomid for a month and take Metformin regularily for about 4 months more... If am ovaluting i can get a period or can be pregnant ... But i didnt get my period untill this date oct 11th (or) i dont know i am pregnant or not ... have abnomin and back pain some times .. from last 3, 4 days ...for very short span of time ... (like only 30 min) how i get while periods ... think i am getting periods .. but no period untill ....

I was wondering the same thing. All this irregular period mess is so confusing. I read up about & I think I will try the Macca Powder to promote regularity. You may need to take a urine test instead to be accurate.
