No Vaginal Feeling

hi, my girlfirend think she might have Sexual arousal Disorder.
She carnt feel anything on the inside of her vagaina, but can feel clitoral stimulation.
She went to both a family planning clinic, and a doctor who refered her to a counciller.
Ive heard there are medications that increase blood flow and such.
Could you give me some advise or information on if there is a cure or treatment for this.
