No Visible Testicles

So I have been dating this man for three months, and for the past month we have been sleeping together. When I went down to perform oral on him I notice that there really isn't a scrotum bag visible, or testicles for that matter when I scoop the base, all I feel and see is a mound, not wrinkly the way I have seen in other men.
